Espresso, lattes, matcha, pour over, iced coffee, cold brew, and seasonal drinks. We brew with 100% Guatemalan beans, including a house blend our regulars come back for.

Empanadas homemade with love
Chilean family recipes, baked fresh every day. Enjoy them for lunch, with your group, or to take home.
The menu also includes lunch plates, house-made pebre, pastries, and other flavors from home. Beef, chicken, cheese, and vegetable fillings are available. New to empanadas? A crisp pastry with a savory center is a good place to start.

Débora and Zarina opened Las Chilenas to share the flavors they grew up with: homemade empanadas, Guatemalan specialty coffee, and the kind of hospitality that turns strangers into regulars.

More than coffee and empanadas
Two Chilean sisters run Las Chilenas in La Vista. We serve specialty coffee, empanadas and baked goods made from scratch every day, along with lunch plates, house-made pebre, and seasonal drinks. Nebraska artists rotate through our walls. A café should feed community as much as appetite.
We cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner for meetings and celebrations across the Omaha area. Our space is also available for private gatherings. Share your date, guest count, and plans on our catering form and we will follow up soon.
